DINING
St. James’s guests refuel at four distinctly different restaurants, among them The Docksider, known as much for its panoramic water views and charming nautical décor as its Caribbean-inspired dishes. Those who wish to dine in a more tranquil setting do so the resort’s signature fine dining restaurant, Piccolo Mondo.
RAINBOW GARDEN

Breakfast, lunch and some dinners are served at Rainbow Garden, an airy and spacious dining room, surrounded by a wraparound patio and fringed by greenery. The Monday evening International Buffet is a guest favorite.
COCO BEACH RESTAURANT & BAR

For casual dining, the informal, breezy Coco Beach Restaurant & Bar offers sea views and a election of salads, soups, burgers and pastas.
THE DOCKSIDER GRILL

The Docksider boasts a stunning view of Mamora Bay and charming nautical décor. It specializes in Caribbean-inspired dishes with fresh-caught fish. Thursdays are Caribbean Night, with a buffet showcasing specialties from around the region as well as steel band music, limbo, fire-eating and other entertainment.
PICCOLO MONDO

Sweeping views and Italian cuisine with an elegant Caribbean twist are the draw at Piccolo Mondo. Its diverse menu features special items such as veal scaloppini Milanese and grilled catch of the day on saffron risotto. The restaurant's striking hillside setting and romantic ambience is perfect for an intimate, relaxing dining experience.
